Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible.

  • A clear, unedited unboxing video is required to process claims involving broken or damaged products.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on the following:

  • Opened Box

  • Used or partially used materials

  • Sale or discounted items (Final Sale)


3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you need a different product, kindly place a new order after your return is approved.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
